Ingredients
  

Crust:

  • ½ Cup Almond Flour
  • ¼ Cup Pecans Finely Chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. Swerve Confectioners Sugar Substitute
  • ½ tsp. Vanilla Extract
  • 3 Tbsp. Butter melted

Filling:

  • ¼ Cup Sour Cream
  • 6 oz. Cream Cheese softened
  • 2 Tbsp. Almond Milk
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
  • ⅓ C. Swerve Confectioners Sugar Substitute
  • Sugar free multi Colored Sprinkles

Instructions
 

  • Mix together the ingredients for the crust layer until crumbly.
  • Fill each shot glass about ⅓ of the way full with the crust mixture.
  • Blend together the ingredients for the filling with the exception of the sprinkles. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  • Pipe the filling into the shot glasses.
  • Garnish with the sugar free sprinkles before serving.
