Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1 pound Lean Ground Beef
  • 1 Cup Real Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 Cup Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
  • ¼ Cup Almond Milk
  • ¼ Cup Heavy Cream

Instructions
 

  • Cook the ground beef in a pan until done. Remove fat in pan after complete and drain.
  • When the beef is cooked add in the cheese, Rotel, and almond milk
  • When the cheese is melted, add in the 8oz of cream cheese
  • Stir until all ingredients are combined and creamy
  • When done, move it to a crock pot to and keep the heat on warm or serve while hot.
