The best kind of comfort food. This white pizza recipe is made with an almond flour crust and topped with a rich, three-cheese blend to give a feel of comfort in every mouthful.
In a microwave-safe bowl, add the cream cheese and mozzarella cheese. In 30-econd intervals heat until melted and well combined.
Add melted mix into a mixing bowl then add the rest of the crust ingredients to the bowl. Use the kneading hook to mix until well combined.
On a parchment-lined baking sheet press the dough mixture into a rectangular shape. You may need to slightly wet your hands to keep the dough from sticking to your hands and making it difficult to spread out.
Place in the center of the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes. The crust should be lightly browned when done.
In a small bowl, mix the salt and pepper, garlic, and olive oil mix until well blended.
Brush or rub the mixture onto the crust.
Sprinkle the parmesan over the crust.
Spoon the ricotta on to the pizza crust leave it clumpy or smooth it out with the back of the spoon.
Lay the pieces of mozzarella over the top of the pizza.
Add fresh basil to the top.
Put it back in the oven for another 5-10 minutes. Cheese should be melted and just starting to turn golden in spots when done.
