Made in under 30 minutes this keto cinnamon bread is baked into individual bites for maximum indulgence. Light, fluffy, and versatile these bread bites are coated with a cinnamon sugar dusting to make for a low-carb, tasty treat!
Mix the Swerve, almond flour, cinnamon, butter, eggs, xanthan gum, baking powder, and vanilla in a mixing bowl. Mix until fully combined.
Spoon or use a cookie scoop to add the mixture into well-greased sections of a mini muffin pan. (could also use liners or a silicone pan if you do not want to grease)
In a small bowl, stir together all of the topping ingredients.
Evenly divide the topping mix over the bites by sprinkling it over them.
Bake in the center of the oven for 10-15 minutes. When done, bites should be browned and cooked through.
