Keto Italian Seasoning Dressing: you can use your brand of choice however we recommend Primal Kitchen Italian Vinaigrette. Just be sure to watch the carb count on the brand you choose.
Parsley: this is optional. We used it as a garnish to add a little pop of color when serving.
How To Make Italian Pork Chops:
- Pre-heat the air fryer to 350 degrees F.
- Lay the chops in the air fryer basket (or tray) in a single layer.
- Coat the pork chops with dressing.
- Place in the preheated air fryer and air fry for 10-12 minutes. When done use a meat thermometer to check and make sure the internal temperature is at least 145F.
- Garnish with parsley before serving.
Expert Teaching Tips:
When cooking pork chops for best results, remove them from the fridge 20 minutes before cooking to allow them to come to room temperature.
Before cooking meats it is best to pat pork chops with a paper towel before coating them with oil or seasoning rub.
Whether you use thick chops or thinner pork chops you should try and stick to cooking the same size of your pork chops at one time. If not some will be cooked before the others and you will end with some that are overcooked.

A. Yes! After you coat the chops with the oil mixture. roll them in some grated parmesan cheese.
Q. Could this air fryer pork chops recipe be made in a regular oven?
A. Yes. You will just need to adjust the cooking time for a little longer. I would use a piece of parchment paper to bake them on so they do not stick to the pan. Just be sure to check the temp with an instant read thermometer to make sure they are cooked to the proper temp for food safety.
