Strong Coffee: while most pistachio latte recipe call for espresso shots really strong coffee also works. However, if you have shots of espresso, feel free to use that in place of the strong coffee.

Butter: butter is the secret ingredient that makes this pistachio latte taste decadent. It is used to make what they call browned butter.

Almond Milk: this is another change from the normal recipe. We are using almond milk in place of real milk to cut the carbs.

Pistachio Syrup: while you can use a homemade version of sugar-free pistachio simple syrup, we took the easy way out and just used the store-bought sugar-free pistachio syrup kind.

Heavy Whipping Cream: this helps to add to the creaminess and also adds more fat to the recipe.
